First impressions can be tough, but this house is a show stopper from the very start. A rounded front entryway stands out against an all white exterior and rectangular windows. Simple concrete pavers provide a welcoming path into the home and are complimented by classic white shutters, and neat shrubbery.
An x-frame railing in the stairway is a modern alternative to the traditional post and rail.
A rich blue is just one of the many hues beautifully featured throughout this home.
Moving into the kitchen, you’ll notice that the marble countertops are seamlessly transitioned up onto the backsplash, developing a cohesive aesthetic. A custom hood that matches the cabinetry creates a statement that still remains subdued. White cabinetry is perfectly paired with sleek brass pulls. Throughout the home, glass vases and vessels are used as a method of displaying beautiful greenery while still keeping things light and airy.
A freestanding tub is enough to make any bathroom feel grand, and the one shown here is no exception. A perfect place to get ready in the morning needs two things: natural light and counter space. The former is checked off with plenty of large windows, and the wall-to-wall vanity takes care of the latter.

If you look closely, details like this old school tub faucet can be spotted throughout the home.
Now, here’s the pop of color I know you all have been waiting for! Small powder rooms are the perfect place to feature wallpaper, like this one, because you can choose something a bit bold without committing to an entire open space. A gold framed mirror and matching faucet fixture sit above a sink with equally as beautiful details, such as the trim-front and waterfall countertop.

Speaking of fun patterns, here’s an up-close transition from tile to a light wood flooring.
Wallpaper is featured in the office of this home as well, but not just on the walls! Adding wallpaper to a ceiling is a great way to draw the eyes up and make a space feel larger. A striking sunburst light fixture is also featured up above, tying in with the other gold accents in the room. Built-in cabinetry provides plenty of storage for important files and other knick-knacks. An acrylic, rolling desk chair is functional in more ways than one; it creates a place for seating and also makes the space feel less crowded.

In the living room, a bold blue paint is subdued by soft, cream-colored furniture. This tufted ottoman can serve as table or additional seating, so there’s room for everyone to relax. A fun pop of violet in the accent chair keeps the room feeling young and playful. Accent pillows bring in tones of green, yellow, and orange as well.
A geometric-front cabinet with brass pulls creates bathroom storage and adds visual interest to the space. Square framed art featured in this space soften the walls, and a window in the shower brings in loads of natural light.

Space to entertain inside and out is a must in any home, and we could personally spend all day out here! Every detail from the ceiling fan to the colored accent table pull everything together beautifully.
